General website usage is subject to these Terms. Active projects commence and are governed by executed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) issued by NVA d.o.o. Your contract defines project scope, deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, and all engagement-specific terms. These general Terms do not apply to active engagements.

All information exchanged is treated as confidential. Public disclosure occurs only with prior written consent. We operate within EU, UK, and US regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and SOC 2 aligned practices. For active engagements, compliance requirements, data residency, applicable laws, and jurisdiction are specified in your executed contract, which governs all compliance obligations.

For general website usage, liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding fees paid in the preceding 12 months. For active engagements, liability limitations, indemnification, warranties, and damage caps are exclusively defined in your executed contract, which takes precedence over these general Terms.

These general Terms are governed by Slovenian law with jurisdiction in Ljubljana. For active engagements, governing law, dispute resolution procedures (including arbitration or mediation), and jurisdiction are specified in your executed contract, which exclusively governs all disputes related to the engagement.
